Points for connecting professional audio equipment
1, Balance:
Nowadays, the jacks on the back panel of most audio equipment are balanced ports. We just choose whether to use XLR balanced lines to connect the equipment or TRS 6.35cm stereo connectors to connect the equipment.
2, Unbalance:
Although the jacks on the rear panel of most audio equipment are balanced, some devices still have unbalanced ports. For example, some electronic crossover output jacks are labeled: Balance OUT and Unbalance OUT. You can also use the unbalanced cable of the TS 6.35cm mono connector to connect the device. As long as the line is not too long and the interference is not too large, the connection is still possible.
3, IN input and OUT output:
Some beginners are dizzy when they see so many sockets behind the device. In fact, there is a trick: no matter what audio equipment, it can basically be divided into "IN" and "OUT". Therefore, we only need to look for " "IN and OUT" is just fine. Do not connect other unfamiliar sockets. In short, the connection device is like flowing water: upstream water flows into "IN"; and downstream water flows through "OUT" and then flows out. , So that level by level is very simple and clear.
